Yay and Nay
Now that I am gaining more experience in the design field, I am constantly analyzing magazines and ads all around me. I have found several that I don't like at all and i will post pictures eventually. I am trying to collect more on my phone before i upload them. My least favorite designs that I have made so far would have to be my first logo and my book cover. The first logo is just really unbalanced and became very awkward when I tried to place it on things. The book cover .... i dont know. Now that I have fixed the type from my portfolio it is better, but it still isnt my favorite.
My favorite 2 designs that I have mare are my Dog Days ads and my Dog Days logo. I worked for a whole semester refining that logo and working with it that i am very proud of the end product. I learned so much in GRD 3200 that i really value.

Summer!
So this summer i've been finally working! I found a job at Smoothie King thanks to my roommate. One of my coworkers is in a metal band, so i've been designing some things for him and designing flyers and Tshirts for the GSU Marching Band! Ready for school to start though. Im very excited but nervous.

Hello, and from all of the Graphic Design Faculty -
CONGRATULATIONS and WELCOME to the upper-level division of the BFA program in Graphic Design!
We have carefully reviewed your portfolio and are impressed with the quality, creativity and the personal commitment that you have made with regards to your interest in the graphic design discipline. This year we had 51 student applicants and out of those entries, we have chosen a group of 21 designers to proceed.
Your name will be forwarded to Adam Wagner, the Adviser in the Art Department office, in order for you to register for the required fall semester classes. It will not be necessary to contact us unless you have other advisement questions.
As an entering Junior in the Graphic Design department you will be taking the following classes this Fall 2013:

Finals!
Ive been working so hard to refine all of my projects and get my portfolio together! I turn it in at 2pm tomorrow!
