100 Peachtree Peice

I was the first one to submit a piece for the competition. It took a long time, but turned out really nice. I layers foam board to make it slightly 3D but still lightweight. I used clear plastic for the windows, clay for the trees, cotton for the clouds, and sandpaper for the road. Hopefully I have a shot at winning! :)

100 Peachtree

I am in the middle of working on a multi-media piece to submit for a competition. The Atlanta Equitable building is under new ownership and is being rebranded as the 100 Peachtree building. The new owner is paying 14 million in renovations. Students of the Ernest G Welch school at GSU are asked to submit a piece for their showcase and competition. Ill post a picture of it when its more put together. The winning prize is a new macbook pro. Maybe i have a shot!

My puppy Molly stayed with me downtown for the past 2 weeks. I miss her company. She is the best cuddle dog around!

Christmas!

          Been busy making christmas presents for my friends and family! I've made boxes, paintings, cards, and pictures on wood. These are so cool! I have a blister on my finger now from rubbing off the extra paper, but it was well worth it. I will definitely be making more of these in the future. Maybe i can even transfer my graphics onto wood as well? Its really easy to do also, just time consuming.
